It was founded in 2003 with the mission to provide superior general contracting and project management services. We deliver quality construction projects, with exceptional value and always maintaining a dedicated focus to timelines. P&P is unique since it has an extensive portfolio of technical and managerial experience.

The "core" team is comprised of a business development and a construction management group that works in sync with each other bringing the ultimate experience  from start to finish. P & P focuses on high-end residential and commercial interior and base building construction. Throughout the years, P & P has been recognized as one of  the fastest growing companies on Capitol Hill and has now expanded throughout the metropolitan area  to include Virginia and Maryland.
